Hmm I’m not sure how I’d actually do this without the 1:1 coaching. I’m working primarily with people with long term health challenges so everything is individualised. Maybe workshops or group sessions? Love the content on your channel!

With so much advertising get rich quick solutions in our industry sometimes it feels easy to trigger the limiting belief that we don’t have what it takes because it’s a saturated market, but after taking your had to find your niche focused five days it really makes you remember that the evidence you need to crush that limiting belief is the solution statementyou come up with at the end of your course, because if you’re tied to your purpose, and you understand your ideal client it’s easy to fall in love with your product and such integrity to make that available to other people…

Just ran into your channel from wondering how to balance a inconsistent work life schedule with me working a corporate job (specifically retail 🤮). To answer the question of what I'm looking to add into my life when it comes to work/life balance is simply "Consistency". With a job giving you fluctuating hours and wanting to work on personal work/projects is burning me out from not having enough time and/or consistent schedule to make time for myself. Feels like I'm giving my all to my job but not to myself and when I do I'm overzealous and instantly crash out and don't have the energy to pour back into myself.
